What are the DLD transfer fees?
4% of the property value plus trustee and admin fees. Gift transfers between first-degree relatives are charged at 0.125%.
Can I complete a transfer if I am outside the UAE?
Yes, through a notarised and attested power of attorney. We can arrange the POA and represent you at the trustee office.
How long does the title deed take?
The transfer is completed the same day at the trustee office, and the digital title deed is issued immediately by DLD.
Do you handle rental matters?
Yes — Ejari registration, renewals and rental dispute documentation are included in our PRO services.
